By paying our vendor fees, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. Failing to abide by the following terms may result in the termination of the vendor contract.
- The vendor must be an artisan, a reseller, or a non-profit organization.
- All products and displays must be family-friendly. This means they are free from explicit language, graphics, images, and photos.
- The vendor must have active Instagram and Facebook pages for their business. Personal accounts do not count. The pages must be public.
- The vendor is responsible for sharing the event on their social media pages. This includes in-feed posts as well as stories. Marketing materials and content will be provided.
- The vendor must not begin setup until 9:00am, and must not begin tear-down until 2:00.
- The vendor must not smoke or vape within 100m of the event space (this includes the pavilion and front half of parking lot).
- The vendor must not park their vehicle along the pavilion on either side, and must move their vehicle to the back half of the parking lot by 9:45am.
- The vendor must not have any open-flames within their display, including candles.
- The vendor is required to bring their own table(s), chair(s), and other display items. Any vendor in a tent is responsible for their own tent and adequate tent weights.
